We live, breath and eat gluten-free.

Sweet Christine’s genesis was the vision of a young woman who was very ill, and when eventually diagnosed with celiac disease created exceptional gluten-free, all-natural baked products that tasted unlike anything available on the market. Beginning in 2008 in her innovation kitchen, founder and chief culinary innovator, Christine Ruggio created the gluten-free food of her dreams and her daughters’ dreams.

“Sweet” Christine soon found others anxious to share her creations so she opened her own dedicated gluten-free bakery in Kennett Square, PA. Sweet Christine’s Bakery is working to change the way people on a gluten-free diet eat for the better. It all begins with innovative, great tasting, high quality, all-natural foods that put our consumers’ needs and values first. That means our offerings are not only consistently delicious, they’re also nutritious, convenient and produced with sustainability in mind. In short, we make food gluten-free eaters love, and do it in a responsible way. We are adhering to these principles as we create on-trend products that will shape the future of the gluten-free industry.

When we first started offering our foods on a wholesale basis our goal was to get our products in the hands of children, people in hospitals and gluten-free consumers who are on a strict gluten-free diet.
